Lewis and his team over last 4 weeks have transformed our empty VWT6 into our dream family camper. Lewis has guided us through all the process, keeping us up to date with progress photos. He and his team are true experts and we could not be more pleased. Our adventures for weekends away and our Scotland visit in 2026 beckon. Thanks for your time and skills.

One word: WOW. What a transformation! Thank you to Lewis and the team at Templar Way Campers for transforming our VW T5.1 Our previous configuration was a bit unusable, with difficult access to gas, water and fridge. We met Lewis at the local motorhome exhibition at Westpoint and discussed our needs, then made appointments to choose our refit decor, colour scheme etc. - we dropped the van off a couple of weeks ago, picking it up today and what a transformation!! Loads more storage, better use of space, clean modern decor, new pipe work and cooker. Goodness me the list is endless. Absolutely delighted with the craftsmanship and quality of work. Totally recommend these guys! Here’s pictures of how the van looked before, in brown decor, and the new refit in light grey.

From my husband who was falling out of love with our van to WOW! Thank you Lewis Cudlipp and team at Templer Way Campers. We went to Lewis with a squishy floor and a rather dark, dull looking living area which was in need of some TLC. After speaking with Lewis and liking the look of his own van, light and inviting we took the plunge. Lewis is incredibly proud of what he achieves and rightly so, his passion for what he does shows when he is talking to you about what you want and if it would work, offering different ideas which you may not have thought of, and most of all there is no pressure from him, he offers his ideas and advice freely, showing just how knowledgeable he is. We fully recommend Lewis and his team for any conversion work you require no matter how big or small.

What a pleasurable experience. Lewis helped us decide on a van. He then recommended a fantastic painter. The van was then returned to Templer Way for a complete fit out which took 3 weeks from start to finish. Lewis and his team have created a vehicle that is simply better than we could have imagined. He has been available to answer my numerous questions and guide us through the whole process. We have been able to chose all the colours and finishes and could not be more happy. If you want a 10/10 finish and a stress free process.......then look no further. British craftsmanship at it's best. 👏👏👏
